'My work focuses on the transistional states of thought and place. Through the making process of the work I am exploring human exisitance. Culminating in sculpture. An investigative insight into transitional states and the self.'
'There appears to be a conformed and standard pattern of movement in the physical making with each of my works but this is altered depending on the direction of thought that is feeding the piece. Though it's apparent to me that the action made when creating a work is one of a continued sense of spontaneity with a developing rhythmic pulse that sets the tone of each individual piece.'
'Starting a journey of discovery and evolving works through these transistional states helps them develop and mature into pieces which are intended to emotionally stir the viewer, evoke a sense of feeling and ultimately there experiance of my work, questioning there own existance'
